RENOKAR - CNC, s.r.o. specialises in CNC machining of aluminium die castings, extruded aluminium profiles, steel forgings and bars predominantly for the automotive industry. Our production programme is focused on serial production. As of 2023, the company owns over 100 CNC machines, including fully automated workstations.

The company was founded in 1995 as an association of entrepreneurs under the name Renokar, with its registered office in Mimoň. It originally focused on the production and renovation of cardan shafts for the automotive industry. An independent company was established in 2005 and specialised in serial machining of parts under the name RENOKAR - CNC, s.r.o.; the company moved to a new, modern production hall in Stráž pod Ralskem in 2009 with an area of almost 10,000 m². The company currently employs around 150 employees.

Renokar - CNC s.r.o. has more than 35 vertical milling centres, 8 turning centres, 3 turning centres with automatic bar feeders and with counter-spindles, 8 cutting saws and several washing lines to ensure the clean output workpieces. The production programme is primarily focused on serial projects.

Renokar - CNC s.r.o. ensures the product quality in a modern laboratory equipped with two 3D coordinate-measuring machines, including the possibility of scanning surfaces and curves and contour measurement on the Contourecord measuring machine, high-accuracy measurement of rotating parts on the Roundcom machine and, last but not least, surface roughness measurement and equipment for checking parts tightness.

RENOKAR - CNC, s.r.o. has a certified quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2009 and the company is currently preparing for certification in accordance with ISO/TS 16949.
